1. Scope and Definitions

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus offers available on Pusulabet. By accepting a bonus you agree to these terms. Key terms used in this document have the following meanings.

• Bonus — a promotional award credited to your account in connection with a promotion or program offered by Pusulabet.
• Bonus Balance — funds originating from a bonus that remain separate from your Real Money Balance until wagering requirements are met and the bonus is converted.
• Real Money Balance — funds that may be withdrawn or used for wagering without any promotional restrictions.
• Wagering — the process of placing bets that count toward fulfilling promotional wagering requirements as described in the relevant terms.
• Eligible Games — games that contribute to wagering as specified in the promotion terms. Some games may contribute fully, partially or not at all.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To participate in any bonus program you must meet the following conditions unless the promotion states otherwise:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age required by your jurisdiction to gamble online, and comply with all local laws where you access Pusulabet.
• Be a resident and physically present in a jurisdiction where online gambling and the Pusulabet offering are legal.

3. How to Claim a Bonus

4. Wagering Requirements and Conversion

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless the promotion states otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times the Bonus Amount, and the following rules apply unless stated differently in the promotion terms.

• Conversion to Real Money occurs after the wagering requirement has been satisfied. Only the Real Money Balance and Bonus Winnings that have met the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the platform's withdrawal rules.

5. No Deposit Bonuses and Free Spins

No deposit bonuses and free spins have special limitations. Unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following applies.

• The maximum withdrawal from no deposit bonus winnings is €50 or the equivalent in your account currency. Any amount exceeding this cap will be forfeited.
• No deposit bonus winnings may be converted into Real Money up to five times the bonus amount.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the same conversion and withdrawal caps as other no deposit bonus winnings unless the promotion specifies a different limit.
• Before withdrawing winnings derived from a no deposit bonus or free spins, you may be required to make a qualifying deposit and meet wagering requirements as described in section 4.
• Some jurisdictions may restrict eligibility for no deposit bonuses; review the promotion terms to confirm eligibility.

6. Maximum Withdrawals and Bonus Caps

Winnings derived from deposit bonuses are subject to caps as described in the applicable promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion, the general rules are:

• All winnings from a deposit bonus are limited to five times the bonus amount. Any excess funds will be voided at withdrawal.
• The maximum amount that can be converted into Real Money from a deposit bonus is five times the bonus amount.

7. Bonus Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses have a defined validity period from the date of activation. If wagering requirements are not fully satisfied within the applicable period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

8. One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus may be applied to a single Pusulabet account at any given time. Promotional offers are not cumulatively stacked across the same personal identifiers or payment methods.

9. Game Restrictions During Bonus Play

Wagering on bonuses may be restricted by game type. Unless the promotion states otherwise, the following general rules apply:

10. Abuses and Forfeiture

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse bonus terms constitutes grounds for immediate cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of any associated winnings. Pusulabet reserves the right to reclaim bonuses and winnings and to suspend or close accounts suspected of abuse.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Changes to Terms

Pusulabet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued participation in promotions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a promotion has a separate schedule, its terms govern that promotion.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pusulabet operates. Any disputes arising from bonus offers that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration in that jurisdiction in accordance with local law.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data processed in connection with bonus offers will be handled in accordance with Pusulabet privacy policy. By participating you consent to such processing and any transfers required for the administration of the promotion.
